FACADE AND INTERIOR WALLS IN STAINLESS STEEL

Construction of a new building which will host a SPA, inside a private property overlooking Como Lake. Together with the architecture studio, with the aim to satisfy the client's requirements, Busnelli took care of the design, production and installation of the façade and of the interior walls, following the whole project from the start to the end.

Special care has been put in the choice of the materials in order to ensure maximum protection from possible corrosion problems, caused by the aggressiveness of the environments due to temperature, air humidity and chemicals added to the water.

The façade is composed by AISI 316 stainless steel framing, polyester powder painted, integrated in a dedicated metal carpentry sub-frame for the support of the framing of the façade and of the string-course bands. In order to guarantee a correct thermal insulation and in order to avoid thermal bridges, the whole support structure has been insulated and made waterproof. The last step has been covering this structure with laser-cut sheet carters, press-bended and painted according to the windows.

To maintain the same style of the façade framing, the ground floor interior walls have been made in AISI 316 stainless steel as well, polyester powder-painted. The profiles and the locking system are customize, with magnet lockings and rabbet gaskets to insulate acustically and thermally the interior environments.
