THERMAL BREAK DOORS AND WINDOWS, GLASS ROOF COVERING AND INTERNAL DIVISION WALLS 

The new headquarters of One Works was inaugurated officially on the 19th of April 2018, the Studio that took the first place in the 150 Top Italian Architectural Companies of 2017 classification prepared by Aldo Norsa and published in Sole 24 Ore.

The open floor plan space with its 1600 sqm was renovated thanks to a detailed and thorough project design and management carried out internally by the studio, supported by the Busnelli for the execution of the steel and glass elements.

The Busnelli was in charge of the design, production and installation on site of the new steel zinc coated windows of the roof covering and the internal division walls. 

The restyling was focused mainly on the demolition of the existing window, door and roof covering frames and their replacement with new high thermal and acoustic performance elements. In order to comply with the architects requirements to maintain minimal design of the existing frames, new steel sections were executed with the Secco Sistemi OS275 profiles.

The new glass and metal frame roof covering with its selective glazing allowed management of the internal environment climatic heat losses and loads. The Busnelli was responsible for the execution of the "all glass" internal division walls, whose frames designed and produced in press-bending were installed to be entirely hidden in the ceiling and floor.
