PREFAB TERRACES AND GALVANIZED SHEET IRON COVERINGS

Busnelli takes part in the realization of the facades of the new residential building "Living Tortona" in Giorza Street in Milan, composed by modular prefab terraces, jutting with different depth.

The complexity of the design and realization is due to the variability of the modules and to the necessity of integration of several elements inside the terraces, such as the flowerpots and the irrigation system. The problem has been solved using the 3D modeling software Solidworks.

The installation of the terraces has been fast and functional thanks to Busnelli's careful design, which aimed to build the single modules in the workshop, complete with the embedded water management system and the waterproof treatments. The due arrangements for the installation of the metallic painted steel sheet covers have been taken care during the assembly in the workshop as well.
