Davines Village in Parma, 77.000 square meters building, signed by Matteo Thun and Luca Colombo's MTLC Studio. The project comprehends 11.000 square meters of buildings, placed around the big central metal and glass structure, with a surface of 420 square meters.
Busnelli, in collaboration with the architects and the contractor, designed and realized the central greenhouse in steel and glass which, ensuring the necessary performances for a building subjected to big crowds, respects the need for lightness and transparency desired by the client. A technological building of great aesthetic value where the openable covering has been designed with AOC Schuco system, while the façade presents Secco Sistemi OS2 system and AGC selective glasses.
The façade, realized with OS2 Secco Sistemi, thermal broken galvanised steel system, has been integrated with double US doors and inward opening windows. The perimetral structure, in metal carpentry, has been designed and realized in rearward position in order not to be visible from the outside. The glass covering, installed with AOC Schuco system, has been provided with motor-powered openings to ensure the natural aeration and with a system of automated curtains.
Besides, starting from the drawings and concepts of the Architects, Busnelli has engineered and realized the interior steel and glass walls and doors, and the entrance gate in metal carpentry with the embedded client's logo.
