INTERNAL CLADDING IN CALAMINE STEEL

For the Casa Moncler project, located in Milan’s Symbiosis district and developed by Covivio to a design by ACPV Architects – Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, Vetreria Busnelli was responsible for the manufacture and installation of the internal calamine steel cladding, contributing to the creation of contemporary architectural spaces with a strong material identity.

The project involved the production of bespoke metal panels, designed to integrate seamlessly with the architecture of the interiors and the other finishing and furnishing elements. Particular attention was paid to dimensional accuracy, surface flatness and the quality of the detailing, all essential aspects in the manufacture of metal cladding for interior applications.

Calamine steel is distinguished by its colour variations, deep tones and natural textures, which make each surface unique and lend interiors an authentic, refined aesthetic. Careful fabrication and installation help enhance these distinctive qualities, preserving the material’s characteristic appearance while ensuring a result consistent with the architectural design requirements.
